Lastly, we offer a 12 month option called a Ghost Office where you can take advantage of our suite of tools and benefits without any long term commitments or branding changes. This “try before you buy” option is an industry first and we proudly offer it because we know our value, but you may not yet.
We believe that profitability should be the foundation of any business. Many real estate offices open and close because they didn’t think it through. Agents Own Their Own Data
One of the reasons why agents don’t switch companies sooner or go out on their own is that their current broker may hold their database contacts hostage. Some agents choose to create contacts in two separate databases for this reason. While some leads may have been generated by the broker, we believe that any contact data stored in our CRM platform under an agent is owned by that agent.
eAgent doesn’t sell your data and your broker doesn’t have access to your CRM data even if you decide to leave them. Agents are the ones who built trust in their client relationships and should be able to keep it that way.
